01

Plan the five delivery slots

At the time of writing, an Etsy digital listing can include up to five files, each no larger than 20 MB. Verify the current rule in Etsy’s seller documentation before publishing because platform limits can change.

Use one slot for START HERE when the product needs setup help. Group related assets into ZIP files only when that makes the buyer’s path clearer.

02

Keep the package readable

A ZIP called files-final-2.zip creates support work. Name packages by product, format, and version. Keep filenames short enough to remain readable on a phone.

If a package exceeds the limit, compress images appropriately, split it into meaningful parts, or deliver a small link document only when the linked storage and marketplace policy permit it.

03

Preflight the exact files

Check the files you will actually attach—not the working folder. Confirm count, byte size, empty files, duplicates, ZIP validity, and a checksum record for your archive.
